I didn't think it was fair to keep this to myself so I will gladly share with the world. Now please do not get me wrong - I am not telling you not to go seek help and get anti-depressants. I encourage that. Very much so. Please.
But along with your other treatments here is the FOOLPROOF CURE FOR MILD DEPRESSION:
1. Get out of bed every morning and take a shower and get dressed.
2. That's 1/2 the battle right there. Now you can go to work or at the very least get out of the house.
3. Ice cream has magical healing properties. You have to GO OUT for ice cream. I recommend vanilla soft serve with chocolate sprinkles. Store bought does not do it - you have to go out to the local ice cream shop, preferably with friends or family.
