Really good list. I am particularly concerned that she is anti abortion, yet also anti sex education and anti birth control. Abstinence only. We see how well that works, don't we? It doesn't, does it Bristol?
Oh yeah - she's also against universal healthcare so if you're not lucky enough to be the daughter of someone well off enough to support your teenage pregnancy, you also might not have any coverage.
Umm... and to top it all off she doesn't want to protect endangered Beluga Whales.
At first I thought McCain made a genius pick to chose a charismatic young attractive upcoming Republican woman. I thought he could capture the disgruntled Hillary votes and independent women voters. But he's certainly not going to get any disgruntled Hillary voters with this pick, I don't think. She will rally them around Obama faster than you can say "Women's Right to Chose."
Oh and let me get something else off my chest.
I think the fact that Sarah Palin is a working mom of 5 is great. I think the fact that she is a mom and running for Vice President is fine too - no problem. Nor is it a problem that her husband has a job. Nor do I think its any of my business if her daughter is having a baby, married, getting married, or whatever. I am only concerned about her politics, of which there are quite a few I disagree with.
