Hey - check out this cool animation demo reel.  This guy is  a friend who is trying to break into gaming animation.  Sean Sterling's Demo Reel  I particularly enjoy the elf that looks kind of like an evil version of Noddy.

1.  "I am glad its only 92 degrees out.  Feels cooler that the 100 plus we've been having."
