Pure Genius: No Mess Muffins Recipe

I found the most fantastic No Mess Muffin recipe on the TechKnitting blog.  The basic genius method here is that you mix the muffins in a ziplock bag and then cut the corner and use the bag to squirt the batter into the muffin tins.  What a fantastic idea.  I hate doing dishes so this idea really makes sense to me.
