I came across a Photography website called Shot Addict that looks interesting and seems to have a nice community feel to it. They have a lot of photo contests, galleries for posting and getting constructive criticism, product reviews, etc.
Ben started week 2 of kindergarten and made it on the bus this morning. I dropped my car off to the shop for some much needed work - $600 bucks worth of brakes, 1 new tire, steering fluid flush, etc. Yuck. Cars suck. I got a rental car so we wouldn't have to juggle kids drop offs and pick ups and all that. Its a cute Mitsubishi Gallant. More fun than a mini-van.
I have 2 doctors appointments on Wed. - the gastro and neurologist. I sincerely hope neurologist guy can magically cure the headache I have had for almost 3 weeks. It is very aggravating to have a headache this long. It lurks and keeps coming out. Not nice. It is an evil thing.
My mother is convinced I have Celiac disease like she does. Yes, mom I promise I will tell the Gastro to check me for celiac in whatever way they need to. (Read $500 endoscopy plus day off work - ugh)
Funny from 3 year old Adam:
When we took the kids to Build a Bear on Saturday to make their own stuffed animal Adam wanted the display model already made and would not believe Mommy when I told him that they would stuff the flat unstuffed one for him. He only believed it after the employee made Ben's for him and he saw it with his own eyes. No foolin' that kid. He was born at night, but it wasn't last night! (ok, actually it was the afternoon, but who's keeping track)
Funny from 5 year old Ben:
He got Super Mario Bros. game for his DS as a reward for behaving at a doctors appointment. When he picked it out he said, "Look Mom, Super Mario Jonas Brothers!" Now both of them call that game that. LOL.
