At the Korean grocery store this afternoon I came across the cutest little molds for home made popsicles. I said to myself "Self, this would be fun for the kids." Yes, this cheap fun folks - Kool Aid is 20 cents for the packet plus whatever a cup of sugar costs.
So at home after the kids got back from camp we made up a pitcher of grape Kool Aid and filled up the molds. Then I let the kids check on the freezing process all night long and after their shower Ben said "Let's see if our freezy pops are frozen." And they were! (Little bit of a science lesson there, I think.) And they even came out of the molds properly! Miracle of miracles!
Next up - orange juice pops.
