I am working on a 14 day menu plan that I can rotate. (Download at end of post) I found a fantastic Weekly Menu Planner Word template by Rachel Lucas at cookingformyfamily.blogspot.com. With apologies, I have altered this to just have dinner and filled it in with my ""Week 1 menus."
My menus are very simple and not too gourmet, folks, so don't expect Martha Stewart or the Barefoot Contessa to pop out of your kitchen. LOL. I am a lazy chef and my motivation is to get a tasty simple, and healthy dinner on the table that all four of us will eat and enjoy. Considering that 50% of my family is 6 and under... well, you get the idea.
Chili over rice
Cut Fruit
Baked Potatoes (crock pot or oven)
Leftover chili
Steamed Broccoli
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Tomato Soup
Hot dogs and beans
Cheesy Chicken (crock pot)
Rice
Broccoli
Spaghetti with Italian Sausage
Green Salad
This can actually be modifed to me vegetarian fairly easily - veggie chili, tofu hot dogs, etc.
