I am taking a short break between cleaning bursts. Then I will be making matzoh ball dough. Gah... too much work involved in celebrations. It would be nice to be able to get a nice Jewish meal to go for Passover. In New York you can get it. I bet I could even go to the heavily Jewish part of Atlanta and get it. Out here in the burbs I am happy to be able to find the right ingredients in the local stores now that we have a Chabad nearby. Hmm, sounds like franchise opportunities.
What a difference between when we first moved out here 16 years ago!
