I've got beef stew in the crock pot. I chopped up carrots, celery, parsnip, potatoes, and onions. I chopped up some chuck steak and browned it, then browned the onions and a little bit of garlic. Then I dumped everything in the crock pot with some essence of Emiril, hungaian paprika, and cover with beef stock. A little while ago I took some of the liquid and beat in some flour to try to thicken it up.
Hopefully this comes out good. It sure smells good. I am craving some nice beef protein. It might save me from having to read dermitage reviews.
