I didn't blog while I was gone on vacation. I had a paranoid feeling that I didn't want anyone to know we were out of town until we were back. Take that, would be social media savvy robbers. You won't catch me with a "Hey, the house is empty" post.
We went to Ohio to visit my in laws for the week. Highlights of the trip inlcluded:
* Free Admission for the whole family to the Columbus Zoo for Military Days. We saw all kinds of cool animals, took a boat ride, train ride, did the petting zoo, play area, and generally had a blast.
* Fireworks show in the town nearby
* Swimming at the pool at Uncle Joon's
* Mini Golf, Bumper Boats, and playing at Magic Mountain
* Mr Poppers Penguins
* Visited Aunt Sandy's Farm - bottle fed baby cows, saw duck, chickens, goats, cows, dogs, cats, and kittens.
* Went to CoSi - the kids science museum in Columbus.
